Installing and Removing Modules
Remove the modules from the line card motherboard. See the

Loosen the screws on the inset tray and use the screws to pull the tray out of the

line card motherboard. (See

Insert the correct inset tray for the 16-channel mux/demux module and secure the
tray to the line card motherboard by tightening the screws.
Step 5
Take a new module from the shipping container.
Insert the 16-channel mux/demux module with OSC carefully into the top

motherboard slot while guiding the upper and lower edges of the module in the
tracks until its connectors come into contact with the backplane connectors. You
hear a click when it is connected.
