Before you start
Assembly
WARNING! The product must be fully assembled before the operation!
Do not use a product that is only partly assembled or assembled with damaged
parts!
Follow the assembly instructions step-by-step and use the pictures provided
as a visual guide to assemble the product easily!
Disconnect the spark plug connector (15) from the spark plug! Reconnect
it after assembly.
NOTE: Take care of small parts that are removed during assembly or when
making adjustments. Keep them secure to avoid loss.
Handle bars
1. Put the product on the fl at, stable ground. The lower handle bar (5) is delivered
in its storage position.
2. Turn the lower handle bar lock (20) about 90 degrees (Fig. 1). Repeat on the other
side to unlock the lower handle bar (5).
3. Unfold the lower handle bar (5) from storage position to working position.
4. Align the pin of the handle bar lock (20) with one of the handle support holes. Turn
back the lower handle bar lock (20) and swing the lower handle bar (5) slightly
until the handle bar lock (20) clicks in place. Repeat on the other side to secure
the position of the lower handle bar (5) (Fig. 2).

5. Unfold the upper handle bar (4) and hold it with the brake clutch (3) facing upwards.
Align the mounting holes of the upper handle bar (4) and the lower handle bar
(5) (Fig. 3).

6. Fix the upper handle bar (4) to the lower handle bar (5) with the side levers (8),
washers (8a) and bolts (8b) through the mounting holes (Fig. 4). Screw in the
side lever (8) clockwise and lock by folding up towards the handle. If side lever
(8) cannot be folded, loosen it and fold again (Fig. 5). If it is too loose, tighten it
by swinging the side lever (8).
NOTE: Do not overtighten the side levers (8). If it is difficult to lock the side
lever (8), rotate it in the opposite direction to loosen the connection.
