2-6. Replacing Connectors

2-6-1. Front Section

1) VF1 connector (CN-2913 Board)
1. Remove the front assembly. (Refer to Section 2-1.)
2. Remove the two screws, and remove the CN-2913
board.
3. Disconnect the harness (VF1) from the connector
(CN2) on the CN-2913 board.

4. Install the VF1 connector by reversing the steps above.
2) VF2 connector (CN-2999 Board)
1. Remove the front assembly. (Refer to Section 2-1.)
2. Remove the two screws, and remove the CN-2999
board.
3. Disconnect the harness (VF1) from the connector
(CN2) on the CN-2999 board.

4. Install the VF2 connector by reversing the steps above.

3) CTRL PANEL connector (CN-3088 Board)
1. Remove the front panel sub assembly.
(Refer to Section 2-1.)
2. Remove the screw to detach the L-1B cap from the
CTRL PANEL connector.
3. Remove the two screws to detach the harness guard
plate.
4. Remove the attached nut and the attached washer to
detach the CN-3088 board.

5. Install the CTRL PANEL connector by reversing the
steps above.
