INSTALL FRAME AND COVER ASSEMBLY
(FIGURE 15)
Prior to installation, remove the hitch plate from the
bumper on all 42" & 50" models.
1. Position mounting plate weldment (2) on rear of unit
frame. Install 3/8-16 x 1.00 hex bolts (14), .438 x
1.00 x .083 flat steel washers (23) and 3/8-16 nyloc
flange nuts (16) through top section of the frame.
Also, install two 3/8-16 x 1.00 bolts (14) through the
two middle holes (note orientation in figure 7).
Secure using two 3/8-16 nyloc flange nuts (16) Do
not fully tighten.
NOTE: If installing 815037 on a 915157 unit, go to step 2.
For all other models, skip to step 3.
2. On left side of unit, position muffler deflector (33) on
top of mounting plate weldment and fasten with
3/8-16 x 1.00 hex bolt (14), .438 x 1.00 x .083 flat
steel washer (23) and 3/8-16 nyloc flange nut (16).
Do not fully tighten.

3. Install bagger frame to rear of unit with two 3/8-16 x
1.00 bolts (13) and two 3/8-16 nyloc flange nuts
(16). Install one .390 x 1.5 x .125 flat steel washer
(24) and one 3/8 lock washer (18) over each weld
stud. Secure with a 3/8-16 plastic wing knob (15)
Do not fully tighten.
4. Attach pin on bagger strap (6) to bracket on frame
with .438 x 1.00 x .083 flat steel washer (23) and
.091 x 1.875 bow tie locking cotter pin (25). Repeat
for opposite side.
5. Install three .515 x 1.625 x .250 flat steel washers
(22) and bagger strap (6) to pin on bagger frame
and fasten with .091 x 1875 bow tie locking cotter
pin (25).
6. Tighten all hardware.
