Assembly ASSEMBLY STEP Step 1 Connect the Bar support cross frame (19) to the Inner upright frame (11) and the outer upright frame (1), Using 4 Allen Bolts (5) and 4 washers (6). Connect the Bar holder (7) to the bottom of the Inner upright frame (11) and the Outer upright frame (1), Using 4 Allen Bolts (5) and 4 washers (6). - Page 8 Assembly ASSEMBLY STEP Step 2 Connect the Rear support frame (4) to the upright frame assembly, Using 4 Allen Bolts (5) and 4 Washers (6). Tighten all nuts and bolts with Allen wrench (included)
- Page 9 Assembly ASSEMBLY STEP Step 3 Connect all the Cardio plate storage cross frame (12) to the upright frame using 20 Carriage Bolts (14), 20 Washers (6) and 20 Nylon Nut (18). Tighten all the nuts and bolts with wrench.
