Defrost

Air circulation at room temperature (without heating) speeds
up the defrosting process and the defrosting time of frozen food
in a simple and gentle way.
Suitable e.g. for prefabricated vegetables or food, which con-
tain butter.
Full width grill

Default temperature: 180°C
The two upper heating elements are in operation.
Suitable for grilling larger quantities.
Bottom heat

Default temperature: 180°C
The concealed lower heating element is in operation.
For concentrated heat from below without browning the top of
the food.
Suitable for heating up food or dishes with long cooking times,
such as crispy casseroles, stews or pastries.
Pizza function

Default temperature: 180°C
The rear hot air element (ring heater + fan) and the concealed
lower heating element are in operation.
Suitable for recipes with moist topping and crispy dough,
such as pizza, quiche, fruit or cheesecake.
Preheating of the oven recommended.
Hot air
F--5
Default temperature: 180°C
The rear hot air element (ring heater + fan) is in operation.
The heat generated is distributed quickly and evenly by the fan.
This speeds up the cooking process and saves energy.
Suitable for cooking on several levels.
