Q: Charger does not illuminate while plug in.
A: Ensure your power outlet is working. Inspect the charger power cord. Inspect the
connectors for dirt or damage. If the charger still does not work, it may need to be repaired
or replaced. Do not attempt to open the charger case. Even if the charger is unplugged, you

Q: Charger flashes Red while plug in.
A: Make sure the charger is fully plugged into the battery. Unplug the charger from the wall
and from the battery. Wait approximately 10 seconds, then reconnect to the battery,
followed by the wall outlet. If the indicator LED still flashes red, there may be a problem
with the battery or the charger. Contact help.Kogan.com for support and to arrange a
replacement.
Q: Battery does not sit properly in its holder or shows damage.
A: Turn off the battery button, unplug the motor cable at once. Cease use immediately and

Q: My battery isn't charging, what can I do to check the problem?
A: Checking the following:
• Is the power turned on at the outlet?
• Is the charger working and outputting over 36 Volts?
• Is the battery hot?
• Is the battery charger port full of dirt?
• Has the battery been left discharged for several months?
• Has the fuse blown in either the bike battery pack or the charger?
