LEVELING THE TREADMILL
CAUTION:
!
Prevent potential damage to the machine and injury to the user. This unit is equipped with an adjustable right rear leveling
foot (only side adjustable). Make sure that the running surface is level at all times. If the treadmill is placed on a uneven
surface, adjusting the right rear foot can help, but may not completely compensate for extremely uneven surfaces.
Treadmills that are not level can cause misalignment of the belt, uneven belt wear, and possible injuries for the user.
1. Ensure treadmill incline rack wheels and rear feet are resting on the fl oor and not on cardboard, packaging, etc.
2. Using a 24mm open end wrench, loosen the jam nut on right rear foot (only side adjustable).
3. Using a level or estimating by sight, turn the lower nut of the foot clockwise, or counter-clockwise, using a 22mm open
end wrench to level the rear of the treadmill.
IMPORTANT! Do not adjust the leveling foot to such a height that it detaches or unscrews from the machine.
4. Using a 24mm open end wrench, tighten the jam nut until it is secure.
