2. For relative humidity greater than 70 %, resistance accuracy is 0.5 % over 1 MΩ and 2.5 % over 10 MΩ.
3. Using relative mode (REL ∆) to zero residual reading.
4. To ensure stated accuracy, switch to conductance mode and verify that the open circuit reading is less than
0.10 nS.
