Electric System Fault Warning

Electric system fault warning light
(D1) will flash on and off when a
malfunction occurs in the electri-
cal system. The warning horn will
also sound intermittently. When
the light comes ON, the propul-
sion will be dropped automatically.
Reset by pushing the override but-
ton. If the fault repeats again, stop the truck and report
the problem to maintenance personnel.
NOTE: Statex III records the number of faults/events.
When a predetermined number of faults/events are
recorded within a given time frame, the operator will
not be able to reset the fault/event by using the over-
ride switch. If this occurs, notify maintenance person-
nel immediately.
Low Brake Pressure
Indicator
Red low brake pressure indica-
tor light (E1) indicates a mal-
function within the hydraulic
brake circuit. If this light comes
on and the buzzer sounds, shut
off the truck and notify maintenance personnel.
NOTE: Adequate hydraulic fluid is stored to allow the
operator to safely stop the truck.

Low Hydraulic Tank Level

Low hydraulic tank level light
(A2) indicates the oil level in the
hydraulic tank is below the rec-
ommended level. Damage to the
hydraulic pumps may occur if
operation continues. Shut the
truck off and notify maintenance personnel immedi-
ately.
Low Automatic Lubrication
System Pressure
Amber low automatic lubrica-
tion system pressure light (B2)
will illuminate if the automatic
lubrication system fails to reach
2,000 psi (15168 kPa) at the
junction block located on the rear axle housing within
one minute after the lube timer indicates a cycle of
grease. To turn the light off, turn the key switch off,
then back on again. Notify maintenance personnel at
the earliest opportunity after the light comes on.

Circuit Breaker Tripped

Circuit breaker tripped light (C2)
will illuminate if any of the circuit
breakers in the relay circuit con-
trol boards are tripped. The relay
circuit boards are located in the
electrical control cabinet.
NOTE: Additional circuit breakers are located in the
operator cab behind the center console. However,
tripping of these circuit breakers will not activate this
light.

Hydraulic Oil Filter

Hydraulic oil filter light (D2) indi-
cates a restriction in the high
pressure filter assembly for either
the steering or hoist circuit. This
light will illuminate before the fil-
ters start to bypass. Notify main-
tenance personnel at the earliest opportunity after
the light illuminates.
NOTE: The filter monitor warning light may also
illuminate after the engine is initially started if the oil
is cold. If the light turns off after the oil has warmed,
filter maintenance is not required.
