Siemens backend in advance)
12 The protections against direct touching are well installed and in good condition.
13 All miniature circuit breakers are in the ON state.
14 The auxiliary system circuit breaker is in the ON state.
15 The charger main circuit breaker is in the ON state.
16 The safety of LOTO device removal action was verified.
17 The LOTO device was removed from the main circuit breaker of the external distribution board.
18 The main circuit breaker of the external distribution board is in the ON state.
19 The input voltage measured between the phase and PE has the value between 207Vac and 253Vac
(230V±10%)
20 The input voltage measured between the phases has the value between 360Vac - 440Vac
(400V±10%)
21 Phases are connected to provide a clockwise rotating field.
22 The door rubber gaskets are in good conditions.
23 Charger door is closed.
24 Charger door is locked.
25 The display shows the start menu.

1 Write down the software version
2 Linux Siemens Charger Controller (SiCC) is using the latest software package version.
3 The right configuration files are uploaded for the present charger.
4 The output values (voltage, current and power) are defined correctly for the project and charger
version.
5 The charger date and time are configured to the local date and time (Configuration done manual-
ly).
6 In case of a system with multiple dispensers, the charging priority sequence was defined (verified
the need of priority definition in advance).
7 The AKKA is using the latest software package version.
8 In case of a system with multiple dispensers, the IP address of the AKKA in each dispenser is de-
fined correctly.
