Disabling periodical auto-defragment processed by Windows

Click (Start) - [Control Panel] - [System and Maintenance].

Scroll down the screen and click [Defragment your hard drive].
If the [User Account Control] screen appears, click [Continue].
If you have logged on as a standard user, enter an administrator password and click [OK].

Click [Run on a schedule (recommended)] to remove the check mark.

Click [OK].
