HEATER UNIT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL (HEATING ELEMENT/THERMISTOR)
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Remove convection motor assembly refer to
"Convection Motor Removal".
.3 Disconnect wire leads from oven thermal cut-out and
heater element.
4. Remove two (2) screws holding the thermistor assembly
to the heater duct assembly.
.5 Disconnect wire leads from thermistor assembly. Now,
thermistor assembly is free.
6. Release two (2) snap bands from the holes holding
wire harness to the thermal protection plate (left).
7. Remove eleven (11) screws (3 screws from outside
and 8 screws from inside) holding heater duct to the
oven cavity.
8. The heater unit assembly is now free.
9. Remove one (1) nut and one (1) washer holding the
convection fan to the bearing assembly.
10.Remove convection fan from the bearing assembly.
11.Remove two (2) screws holding the bearing mounting
plate to the heater duct assembly.
12.Remove three (3) screws holding the thermal protection
plate (left) to the heater duct assembly.
13.Remove the thermal protection plate (left) and thermal
1. Remove the one (1) special screw holding the cord
holder to the rear cabinet, using the special driver
LHSTIX DLR4-100T.
2. Now, the cord holder is free.
NOTE: When securing or loosening the special screw,
LHSTIX DLR4-100T type screw driver should be
used.
Removal
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Disconnect the brown and blue wire leads of the power
supply cord from the noise filter.
3. Remove the single (1) screw holding the green/yellow
wire lead to the base plate.
4. Remove the two (2) screws holding the cord anchorages
upper and lower to the base plate.
5. Pull out the power supply cord from the hole in the rear
cabinet.
6. Now, the power supply cord is free.
Re-install
1. Insert the power supply cord into the hole of the rear
cabinet.
2. Hold the power supply cord to the bottom plate by fixing
RIGHT AND LEFT LATCH SWITCHES, STOP SWITCH AND MONITOR SWITCH REMOVAL
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Disconnect the wire leads from the switches.
3. Keep pushing the stopper tub(s) holding the switch to
the latch hook.
4 Revolve the switch on the pole.

14.Remove two (2) screws holding the convection heater
to the heater duct assembly.
15.Remove two (2) screws holding the two heater elements
holder to the heater duct assembly.
16.Remove two heater elements holders from the
convection heater.
17.Now, the convection heater is free.
NOTE: After installed the heater element completely, bent
top of the heater element holder to inside using by
long nose plier as shown following illustration.

the cord anchorage upper and lower with the two (2)
screws.
3. Earth the green/yellow wire lead of the power supply
cord to the bottom plate with the single (1) screw.
4. Connect the brown and blue wire leads of the power
supply to the noise filter referring to the Pictorial Diagram.
5. CARRY OUT 4R CHECKS.

Green/ Yellow wire
5. Remove the switch from the latch hook.
CAUTION: WHEN REMOVING THE SWITCHES, DON'T
BREAK THE STOPPER TAB(S) OF THE
LATCH HOOK.
