4-2 Cooktop Malfunction
One cooktop burners will light (Electrical)
One cooktop
burner will
not light.
*Check whether the burner head and
cap is properly assembled.
Ok
*Check the spark from the electrode
when it its turned to LITE.
Ok
*Check if the Electrode is cracked.
Ok
*Check whether the ignition switch
is properly operated.
At the LITE position, spark from
the electrode tip should be made.
Ok
*Check for a dirty surface of
the burner orifice .
Ok
*Check for a crimped of broken
gas pipe .

*Assemble the burner head and
cap on the right position.

*Check the voltage of the Spark
module connector.[120V]

*Change the Electrode.
No
*Change the Ignition switch.
No
*Clean the surface of burner
orifice or replace the orifice.

*Replace the damaged gas pipe.
