RETRY......" appears on the TV screen, and you
cannot go to next step.
Use CURSOR 5/∞ to move

When you set the parental level strictly, som e discs
m ay not be played back at all. When you insert such a
disc and try to play it, the Parental Lock on-screen
display appears on the TV screen, and the unit w ill ask
you w hether you w ant the parental lock to be
tem porarily released or not.
Use the CURSOR 5/∞ to move

[ Temporary] , then use CURSOR 2/3 to
select [ YES] or [ NO] , then press ENTER.
If you select [YES],
m oves to the
PASSWORD field.
When selecting [NO],
press OPEN/CLOSE
to rem ove the disc.
Enter your 4-digit password using the

numeric buttons (0 to 9).
If you enter the w rong passw ord, <WRONG!
RETRY...> appears on the TV screen, and you
cannot go to next step.
The Parental lock is released, and the unit starts play-
back.
