Camera is powered up and on but green light is flashing and cannot connect. I have restarted the computer and USB outlet is ok
The green light flashing on the Carestream DENTAL CS 1500 camera indicates that it is not connected or not communicating properly with the workstation. To connect it:
1. Use the proprietary USB cable that came with the camera.
2. If it's a wired camera, connect it directly to the computer using the rapid USB cable.
3. If it's a wireless camera, ensure it is paired with the dock station, which acts as the communication hub.
