    This chapter describes the various tasks that you must perform for image acquisition. To acquire an image, you can use conventional films or digital receptors. If necessary, for example after a long inactivity period of the CS 2100 system, we recommend to start with the tube seasoning procedure. For more information, see the Tube Seasoning Procedure.
