Description of the configuration tool

The basic settings can be made via DIP switches at
the charging station. The configuration tool is re-
quired for advanced settings.
On initial commissioning, on our website
under "Services" > "Software updates",
check whether there is a newer firmware
version of the product or configuration tool.
Update if necessary.
1 "8.3 Firmware update" [
The following advanced settings can be made:
n Perform firmware update
n Change the default setting (20 A) for the unbal-
anced load limitation (possible values:
10 A ... 30 A)
n Deactivate acoustic feedback
n Deactivate Sleep mode (for reduced standby
consumption of approx. 1 W)
n Activate undervoltage / overvoltage detection
for the connected phases and set the respect-
ive limit values
n Import and export settings
n Change the logic of the downgrade input (de-
fault: downgrade is active when the switching
contact is open)
n Convert the enable input to a pulse signal
In addition, the current operating values are dis-
played and the DIP switch settings are explained in
the configuration tool. Should a fault occur, the con-
figuration tool offers assistance with troubleshoot-
ing (fault message, log file).
To use the configuration tool, the MEN-
NEKES configuration cable is required. You
can find the MENNEKES configuration cable
(order number 18625) on our website under
"Products" > "Accessories". You can also
download the configuration tool and in-
struction manual there.

Closing the product

The tasks described in this section may only
be carried out by a qualified electrician.
ATTENTION
Material damage due to crushed components or
cables
Damage and malfunctions can occur due to
crushed components or cables.
u When closing the product ensure that compon-
ents or cables are not crushed.
u Fix components or cables in place if necessary.

u Fold the top section of the housing upward.
u Screw the top and bottom housing sections to-
gether. Tightening torque: 1.2 Nm.
