SCUBA FORCE GUARANTEE
Dive2ghether.net Tauchsport GmbH. (SCUBA FORCE) guarantees that your
SCUBA FORCE drysuit (excluding neck seals, arm cuffs, zips and valves) will be
free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the
date of purchase
• SCUBA FORCE warrants that the zipper, air outlet valve and air inlet valve
will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year
from the date of purchase.
• SCUBA FORCE warrants that the Neck and Arm Sleeves will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the
date of purchase.
• Any product that SCUBA FORCE classifies as defective in material or
workmanship, in accordance with the above warranty, will be repaired or
replaced free of charge at SCUBA FORCE's discretion, provided it arrives at
the factory with prepaid shipping costs and proof of purchase.
• This guarantee is express in lieu of all other guarantees. All implied trade
guarantees and warranties of particular convenience are subject to the same
time frames as this express guarantee.
• This warranty does not cover. SCUBA FORCE will not be liable for incidental
or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so the
above terms may not apply to you.
• This guarantee does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, incorrect use,
neglect, alteration, faulure to perform prescribed maintenance work, damage
caused by contaminating substances, or unauthorized repair or service.
• This warranty does not cover any representations or warranties by dealers
that go beyond the considerations of this warranty.
• This warranty does not cover normal repairs and preventive maintenance
costs.
• This warranty is a consumer warranty extended to the retailer only and does
not apply to drysuits used for commercial purposes.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
