DRY SUIT OWNER MANUAL
Preparation
Connect the pressure hose of the drysuit to the regulator
The drysuit is supplied with an additional low pressure (LP) hose to supply the
drysuit's air inlet valve with low pressure air. The hose must be connected by your
SCUBA FORCE dealer to an LP outlet 3/8 (9.5mm) of your regulator. The rotating air
inlet valve allows you to guide the hose under the right or left arm.
Hints for the person making the connection:
First stages of regulators have 3/8 "UNF LP outputs and are smaller than the 7/16"
(UNF) high pressure (HP) outputs. Nevertheless, one must be wary of older
controllers, as both HP and LP outputs have both 3/8 "(UNF), in most cases the HP
outputs are labeled HP, and should the level of output pressure be unknown, this
should be The maximum outlet pressure of an LP outlet should be 200 psi (14 bar) .If
the LP outlet is found and the cap is removed, make sure that the O-ring is present
on the tubing and in good condition also the hose connection to ensure that the
thread and o-ring are free of debris or dirt, connect the threaded end to the outlet
using a 9/16 "(14mm) wrench. Do not overtighten the thread. The connection should
be tightened to 3,3ft-lb (15 N).

CAUTION
Never connect the low pressure air inlet hose to a high
pressure outlet of the regulator. If the hose is
connected to a high-pressure outlet, a malfunction may
occur without warning, which could result in serious
personal injury.
CAUTION
Do not replace the hose that came with your dry suit with a
short hose. If the hose is bent, kinked, or pinched while being
worn, the dry inlet suit's air inlet valve will not work properly.
