Take off arm cuffs
Latex
• Slide the index and middle fingers of the left hand under the right arm cuff.
Run your fingers along the inside of the wrist. Keep your fingernails on your
wrist and not on the cuff.
• Grasp the sleeve material between your thumb and fingers and pull your
arm out of the cuff, but not out of the sleeve. Slide the drysuit off the right
shoulder.
• Place your right arm on your back and grasp the material of your right sleeve
with your left hand. Pull the sleeve off the right shoulder and right arm. Lay the
left arm cuff in the same way and pull the left arm out of the sleeve.

(smooth cuff surface inside)
• Pull the sleeve up as far as you can.
• Pull down the sleeve to turn the cuff over so that the nylon lies flat on your
forearm.
• Slide the fingers of your opposite hand in, grasp the sleeve where the arm
sleeve is connected to the sleeve and pull out the cuff and sleeve.
