The Alchemy Series product range is part of a new generation of networking systems. It

Alchemy Series INDeX 2030 and 2050 digital feature phones including the INDeX
20DS and many Avaya 6400 Series digital feature phones.
All of the above features can be used with the Alchemy Series range of products to
provide a fully integrated voice and data system with features otherwise only available on
expensive call centre systems.

This Hardware Reference Manual provides technical information on the ArgentDCP
