3. Select the storage drive containing the media you want to copy.
4. Choose how to copy the media.
By default, Retrospect Express will copy the media to a new folder with a date stamp on the
destination hard drive, allowing you to easily track the copied media by date. This is highly
recommended when copying data from the same or multiple media in order to preserve all
data on the media.
If you want your media to always synchronize to the same folder on the destination and keep
only a current copy of the media, select the Copy Files to Backup of <Drive Name/Drive
Letter> option.
IMPORTANT: Selecting the above option will delete any files in the destination folder
that are NOT currently on the media. This option is NOT recommended unless you want
one-way synchronization and have another copy of the data elsewhere.
5. Select the hard drive on which to store your media files. By default, the WD Dual-option
drive is selected. Click Next.
