General Wiring Recommendations
This device must be installed by accredited electricians or similar technical personnel, following all the safety instructions given here and in accordance
with local legislation for installation of electric equipment.
Risk of Electric Shock: Turn off power before any kind of servicing to avoid electric shock.
Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to
regulations. Battery replacement should be done by an authorized installer.
The device is to be connected only to networks without routing to the outside plant, all communication ports are
considered for indoor only and can be connected SELV circuits only.

When installing in a metal cabinet, ensure that the cabinet is properly grounded.

A power supply with an NEC Class 2 or Limited Power Source (LPS) and SELV rated is to be used for the SCY-2DALI
£
Respect the correct polarity of power and communication cables when connecting them to the device.
£
Always supply the correct voltage to power the device.
£
SCY-1DALI: 250V-1A circuit-breaker must be used before the power supply.
