5.2.11 Setup Rotor Data - Geometry

Main menu \ Rotor settings
Select "Geometry" tab.
Enter values or change settings:
Rotor dimensions
Radius / Diameter
Incremental dimension
/ Absolute dimension
Maximum speed for
rigid rotor behaviour
Maximum permissible
rotor speed
Rotor specific calibra-
tion 1 / 2 / 3
Use rotor specific cali-
bration for measure-
ment.
Plane labels
Rotor type
Unbalance display
Predefined unbalance
Sense of rotation
Support position
Press the "Apply" key.
MC10 HS
Enter dimensions of the rotor.
Select diameter or radius.
Select dimensions (A,B,C) in abso-
lute or incremental system.
Enter speed.
Enter speed.
Display of rotor specific calibrations
carried out along with date and
speed, also refer to Chapter 5.4 Cal-
ibrating.
Select rotor specific calibrations to
be use for measurement.
Enter labels for planes, for horizon-
tal balancing machines these are
typically:
Plane 1 - left
Plane 2 - right
Select rotor type.
Two-plane unbalance display in the
preset correction planes.
Static / Couple - Display of static and
couple unbalance.
Static - Display of static unbalance.
Enter and activate / deactivate sim-
ulation unbalance.
Select Clockwise or Counter-clock-
wise rotation.
Select: Locking positions 1 / 2 / 3 / 4
