  • Page 19 DRIVING THE PRODUCT 1. Lift up the seat adjustment lever. While holding the lever, slide the seat forwards or backwards to the preferred position. Release the lever, and make sure that the seat is locked in position before operating the mower. 2.

    SETTING THE CUTTING HEIGHT 1. Step on the brake pedal, and engage the parking brake. 2. Press the blade engage knob to stop the blades. Turn the start key to the OFF position, and remove the key. NOTE: Always remove the start key when leaving the mower unattended, even if for just a brief period.

    ADJUSTING THE BRAKE WARNING: Park the mower only on a level p.21 surface. Do not park the mower on slopes. 1. Stop the product. NOTE: Stand behind the mower, and push the mower forwards to test if the brakes need adjustment.

Loosen the cable locks on two blade cables between the deck and the frame, and disconnect the cables. 4. On each side of the cutting deck, remove the two hitch pins and washers securing the cutting deck to the mower.

    STORING THE PRODUCT 1. Store the product in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated place that is inaccessible to children. Do not store the product near any appliance that operates with flame, such as a gas water heater, clothes dryer, or furnace. Keep the product away from corrosive agents such as garden chemicals and de-icing salts.

    4. Connect the power cord to an AC outlet. When powered and connected to the mower, the charger LED indicators illuminate to indicate the charger’s status. Wait for about 10 seconds for the LED indicators to turn green. NOTE: Disconnect the product from the charger when it is fully charged.
