  • Page 8 Step 2A: Insert the Cross Beam Connector (E) into the Left Lintel (D1), attach using Bolts (AA). See Figure 2-1 Step 2B: Insert Left Lintel (D1) and Cross Beam Connector (E) into Cross Beam Guard (H). See Figure 2-2 Note: Make sure the holes with the inserts on Cross Beam Guard (H) are facing to the inside. Step 2C: Attach the Right Lintel (D2) to Cross Beam Connector (E) with Bolts (AA).
  • Page 9 Step 3A: Insert the Cross Beam Connector (E) into the Left Lintel (D3), attach using Bolts (AA). See Figure 3-1. Step 3B: Insert Left Lintel (D3) and Cross Beam Connector (E) into Cross Beam Guard (G). See Figure 3-2. Insert the Right Lintel (D4) into Cross Beam Connector (G) See Figure 3-2. Step 3C: Attach Right Lintel (D4) to Cross Beam Connector (E) using Bolts (AA).

Attach Lintel Corner Support Bar (F2) to Right Lintel (D4) and Corner Post (A). See Figure 5-2. Step 5C: Repeat for all Corner Posts and Lintels.
  • Page 12 Step 6A: Attach the Roof Side Support Beam (I2) to L-Connector (N2) using Bolts (AA). Attach the Roof Side Support Beam (I1) to L-Connector (N1) using Bolts (AA). Tighten all Bolts. See Figure 6-1. Step 6B: Attach the Vertical Brace (J1) to the Cross Beam Guard (H) using Bolts (AA). Tighten all Bolts. See Figure 6-2.

  • Page 18 Note: Install the Roof Panels left to right. The right panel must overlap the left panel. Each Bolt (CC) must be attached to a Spacer (HH) on the top of the Roof Supports (P2 and P3). Step 13A: Attach the Roof Panel (T1) to the Roof Support (P2) using Bolts (CC) and Spacers (HH). Hand Tighten Only.
  • Page 19 Note: Roof Panel (T1) must go under the Roof Support Beams (I1). See Figure 13-2. Step 14A: Attach the Roof Panel (T1) to the Roof Support (P2) using Bolts (CC) and Spacers (HH). Hand Tighten Only. See Figure 14-2. Note: Roof Panel (T2) must overlap Panel (T1). Step 14B: Attach the Top Panel Cover (S1) to the Top Beam (Q2) using Bolts (EE).

Note: Overlapping the Panels still applies. Step 15B: Attach the Top Panel Cover (S2) to the Top Beam (Q2 and Q1) using Bolts (EE). See Figure 15-2 and Figure 15-3.
  • Page 21 Step 16A: Attach the Roof Panel (T2 and T3) to the Roof Support (P2 and P3) using Bolts (CC) and Spacers (HH). Hand Tighten Only. See Figure 16-2. Note: When assembling the last Roof Panel (T3) it must go under the Roof Support Beam (I2). Step 16B: Attach the Top Panel Cover (S1) to the Top Beam (Q2 and Q1) using Bolts (EE).

  • Page 24: Warranty

    Care & Maintenance Maintenance is required for the outdoor gazebo/pergola. Inspect all hardware thoroughly before use and during the season to make sure bolts are securely fastened. Remove canopy and store out of the elements when not in use or during hazardous weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, etc.). Failure to maintain the gazebo/pergola will void the warranty.
