status > Time synchronization.

Reading of internal log files

When contacting ABB customer service, be prepared to send the relay's internal log
files for investigation. The files can be read either via the HMI's USB port or from the
WHMI.

Insert a USB stick to the HMI's USB port, and navigate to the relay's HMI view if
using an SHMI.
On the USB Actions page, tap Select All to select all items.
Tap Save to USB to save the .zip file with the selected files.
Wait for the confirmation that the file is saved to the USB folder, tap OK, and
tap Safely Remove USB.
Locate the .zip file saved to the HMI folder of your USB stick and send it to ABB
customer service for further analysis.
HMI's USB access is disabled by default. To enable USB,
instantiate the EIHMI function block in the application
configuration. After this it can be taken into use by
setting the
USB access parameter via Configuration >
HMI.
Connect to the WHMI.
Select Import > Export on the menu bar.
Select Report Summary from the drop-down list.
Make sure that all items are selected. If not, click Select All to select all items..
Click Export to export a .zip file with the selected files.
Save the .zip file to your PC and send it to ABB customer service for further
analysis.
