The default password for the keystore is ﬁrsthand. If you want to

change the default password, you must modify the .xml conﬁguration

ﬁle for the MCG 3100 Server. For more information, see

9 "Changing the keystore default password in the server.xml ﬁle"

Enter the following information as required by the CA:

First and last name—the Common Name of the keystore.

Use the host name (including domain name) of the server as the

common name (cn). For example: mg.mydomain.com

The mobile clients that use TLS security, you must enter the same

FQDN in the device System settings. For information about the

conﬁguration of the System settings on the device, see the Nortel

Mobile Communication Client 3100 for Blackberry User Guide

(NN42030-101) and Nortel Mobile Communication Client 3100 for

Nokia User Guide (NN42030-102).
