Action
On all CCM Client machines, go to the Nortel Networks Contivity
Configuration Manager Client.
Select File, and then Exit to quit the Client.
On all CCM Server machines, go to the Nortel Networks Contivity
Configuration Manager Client.
Select File, and then Exit to quit the Client.
On all CCM Server machines, go to the Nortel Networks Contivity
Configuration Manager Server.
Select File, and then Exit to quit the Server.
All CCM Client and Server programs should now be stopped.
On all Client and Server machines, make a temporary new folder in
a convenient location. The new CCM 2.3 files will be stored in this
folder. For example, in C:, create a new folder called C:\TempCCM.
The name of the new folder you create must contain no spaces.
Obtain the CCM 2.3 files from either your installation CD or from the
Nortel Customer Support web site. Store the files on the Client and
Server machines in the new folder. Only these files should be in
the folder:
Note: If you obtain the files from a CD, you must retrieve the
installation script (.bat file) from the Windows subdirectory.
