BLADE AND BLADE GUARD INSTALLATION:
Use with 7" Continuous Rim Wet Diamond Blades only.
1. Unplug the machine from the power source.
2. Use flat blade screwdriver in slot to hold arbor shaft.
3. Use Hex Wrench (provided) to remove hex nut blade retainer.
4. Turn hex nut clockwise to loosen nut.
FILLING AND DRAINING THE WATER TRAY:
1. The water reservoir is the open compartment located
on the right side (blade side) of the tile saw. (See FIGURE 4)
2. Fill the reservoir with water up to the spill edge.
3. Do not allow the blade to run dry.
STARTING AND STOPPING THE MOTOR:
1. Connect the unit to a power supply of the correct voltage and
frequency (120V 60Hz).
2. To turn the machine on, push the switch to "ON".
3. To turn the machine off, push the switch to "OFF".
Note: If the motor gets too hot, the automatic overload breaker
will cut the power to protect the motor. After turning power off,
press the breaker after about 10 seconds, then start the motor
again by turning the machine on.
Warning! For your own safety, always position the switch to the
"OFF" position when the saw is not in use. In the event of a
power failure, blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker, press the
switch to the "OFF" position. This will prevent the tool from
starting up again when the power comes back on.
Warning! Only use this machine after it has been assembled
completely.
STEPS FOR MAKING A STRAIGHT CUT:
1. After the Rip Guide is positioned for the desired cut, place the
material flush against the rip guide.
2. Push the material towards the blade. (See FIGURE 5)
STEPS FOR MAKING A DIAGONAL CUT:
1. Choose the degree you want and tighten the handle.
2. Then push the angle/miter guide and material together
towards the blade to cut. (See FIGURE 6)
STEPS FOR MAKING MITER OR 45 DEGREE CUTS:
1. Raise the tip-up cutting table to desired 15˚, 30˚ or 45˚ angle.
2. Once you have positioned the cutting table to the desired angle
push the material towards the blade. (See FIGURE 7)
CHANGING THE BLADE: (See instructions for Blade Installation)

DIAMOND BLADES

1. Use only 7" (180mm) Continuous Rim Diamond blades in
this saw.
2. This tile saw is to be used with only Continuous Rim Diamond
Blades. Failure to do so may result in severe bodily injury and
damage to the saw.
2. This saw comes with a standard blade that is ideal for cutting
ceramic tile. If your project requires the cutting of other
substrates (ex. porcelain, slate, stone), it is recommended that you use the specific type of blade for the
material being cut.
