Improved Support for Directories in CSV Format

For information on creating a cluster, refer to Chapter 3 of the Application
Gateway Administration Guide. For information how a cluster impacts push
operations, refer to the Voice Office Application Suite Configuration Guide.
Express Directory now supports up to three telephone numbers specified
in a CSV-formatted directory. You can use the Operation > Voice Office >
Directory page to provide a label to be displayed with each telephone
number. You can also use the Directory page to indicate whether directory
searches are to be based on first name, last name, or both first and last
name.
Refer to the online Help or the Voice Office Application Suite Configuration
Guide for CSV file requirements.
You can now use the same Push XML API that Broadcast Server uses
to communicate with the Application Gateway to send alerts from
other applications to IP phones.
