Ensure that passwords for the following user accounts on all servers are
known before beginning the installation:

Management Console is known before beginning the installation:

License key

Ensure that the MCS 5100 Release 4.0 license key is available before
beginning the installation. MCS 5100 release 3.0/3.5 license keys are not
valid for release 4.0.
Customer-specific information
Ensure that your completed Customer-Specific Information data sheet lists
all server names and IP addresses. This data sheet is included in MCS
5100 Planning and Engineering (NN42020-200).
