Here are the activities that are recommended and compulsory for the unit to operate correctly.
The compulsory activities must be performed by an authorised customer service in order for the
corresponding certificate to be issued. Failure to respect these activities will make the warranty
void and could considerably shorten the life of your product.
Filling the water circuit
Presence of air bubbles in the water circuit
Check the command and safety devices are working correctly
Check for water leaks in the hydraulic circuit
Check if the flow rate controller is operating correctly
Check if the housing resistors are powered and operating
Clean the metal filters on the hydraulic circuit
Clean the finned battery with compressed air
Check if the electrical terminals inside the electrical cabinet and on the
compressor terminals are attached correctly
Tightening the hydraulic connectors
Check that the fans are attached and balanced
Correct electrical voltage
Absorption correction
Verification of the refrigerant load as per the regulations in force
Verification of the service, overheating and under-cooling pressures
If the appliance has to be switched off for a prolonged period of time, drain the
water from the pipes and the heat exchanger. This operation is necessary if,
during the shut-down period, the expected ambient temperatures are below the
freezing point of the fluid used
Check for the presence of corrosion/oxidation
Check the panel is attached
Check the water quality (refer to the chapter on System Water characteristics)
and the concentration of glycol if present
Check the hydraulic side safety valve.
