Source Validation
When set, the component validates the Bus Number from the requester ID of
upstream Requests against the secondary/subordinate Bus Number.
Translation Blocking
When set, the component blocks all upstream Memory Requests whose Address
Translation (AT) field is not set to the default value.
P2P Request Redirect
This bit determines when the component redirects peer- to- peer Requests
upstreams.
P2P Completion Redirect
Detemines when the component redirects peer- to-peer Completions upstream,
applicable only to Read Completions whose Relaxed Ordering Attribute is clear.
Upstream Forwarding Enable
When set, the component forwards upstream any Request or Completion TLPs it
receives that were redirected upstream by a component lower in the hierarchy.
