[5] Remove all the Crossovers and the Wash Rack from the Processor.
[6] Rinse the 3 Crossovers, Water Troughs, and the Wash Rack with warm water, no hotter than 44°C (110°F).
Wipe the Rollers and the Guide Shoes with a damp, soft, synthetic sponge.
[7] Connect the Crossover Fill Trough.
[8] Allow the Detector Crossover to air dry before you install it in the Processor.
[9] Wipe any chemical deposits from the processing section of the Processor.
[10] Check that all Rollers on all Crossovers and on the Wash Rack rotate freely. Check the squareness of the
Crossovers and the Wash Rack.
[11] Check that the Water Troughs are not broken or cracked, and that they are installed correctly on the Crossovers.
[12] Install the Wash Rack and all Crossovers into the Processor. Check that each assembly is firmly seated.
[13] Turn the Processor on and check for correct operation.
[14] Process a test film and check the transport assemblies.
