11) Removing and Reattaching the Evaporator Box for Service

The cover of evaporator can be removed and reattached for purpose of service according to the following procedure:
Removing the Evaporator Box:
1) There must be no traces of putty on the Evaporator Box
surface, it must be removed.
Checking and Reattaching the Evaporator Box:
1) Remove all putty from surface of
evaporator box.
2)
Loosen the belts that secure the evaporator box and
carefully remove to avoid damage. The Evaporator Box
needs to be lifted carefully not damaging box.
2) O-ring must be placed in its slot.
O-ring should be attached to the box
in order to prevent the possibility of
air intake.

3) 2-3 mm thick putty should be applied
to box duct.
