Procedure
1.
Connect the machine and the computer with the USB cable, and switch on the machine.
2.
If the [Found New Hardware] message appears, click [Cancel] to close it.
3.
Right-click the Start menu, and then click [Device Manager].
When the [User Account Control] window appears, click [Continue]. The [Device Manager] win-
dow appears.
4.
From the [View] menu, click [Show hidden devices].
5.
Search the list for [Printers] or [Other devices], and then double-click it.
The name of your machine or [Unknown device] appears below the selected item. Click the name
to select it.
6.
From the [Action] menu, click [Uninstall device].
7.
In the [Confirm Device Uninstall] window, click [OK].
8.
Close the [Device Manager].
9.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer, and restart Windows.
10.
Uninstall the driver according to the procedure below.
