Auto-Negotiation Mode
By default, auto-negotiation is set to on. This means that the adapter will
communicate with its link partner to determine a compatible network speed, duplex
mode, and flow control capability.
Forced Mode
If your network equipment does not support auto-negotiation, or if you want to
specify your network speed, you can set auto-negotiation to off on the ge device.
