3. View the device that you installed.
Using the previous example, type:
cd /sbus@1f,0/network@1,100000
4. View the .properties file for a list of device properties.
It may be difficult to tell if the devices on your network are GigabitEthernet devices
or other network interface cards. The .properties file shows specific information
about which card is installed.
To make sure that the device you just installed is connected to the network, type:
ok .properties
local-mac-address
gem-rev
burst-sizes
shared-pins
board-rev
interrupts
compatible
model
has-fcode
version
device_type
address-bits
max-frame-size
reg
name
Note – If you are going to set the local-mac-address property, note the
local-mac-address of your device at this time.

Note – Setting the local-mac-address property is only required if you will be
booting from the network.
