Cause
There is no radio
communication between the
MIXIT unit and the pump.
8.3.2 Code 10-1002 (Multiple MIXIT connected to the same
pump)
Cause
Multiple MIXIT units are
connected to the same pump.
8.3.3 Code 25-1001 (Wrong configuration)

close the isolating valves and shut down the MIXIT unit.
Cause
The valve is blocked and
cannot rotate.
8.3.8 Code 72 (Internal hardware fault)
Cause
Internal hardware fault.
8.3.9 Code 84 (Memory storage media faulty)
Product behaviour
Remedy
1. Check that the pump has
been powered on.
2. If the pump is powered on and
communication does not
reestablish within 2 minutes,
pair the MIXIT unit and the
pump again via the MIXIT
operating panel.
Remedy
Check what other MIXIT units
are paired with the same
pump and disconnect them.
By pressing the CONNECT
button on the operating panel
the connected pump will flash.
Remedy
Check all the I/O terminals for
any wrong configuration and
correct them.
Remedy
Use the assisted
configuration.
Remedy
Use the assisted
configuration.
Remedy
1. Check that the type and part
number of both Grundfos
sensors connected to the
MIXIT unit are correct.
2. Change if needed.
Remedy
1. Remove the control box.
2. Gently rotate the stem to
loosen the valve.
If it is not possible to rotate
the stem, contact Grundfos.
3. If the stem can be rotated,
replace the control box.

Replace the control box.
A fault in one or more of the areas in the internal memory has been
detected. This can be caused by too many power cycles. The
product will continue to work, but some settings might not be stored.
Cause
Error in internal memory
detected. Not able to persist
settings changes.
8.3.10 Code 91 (Secondary flow temperature sensor fault
(pump))
Cause
The secondary flow
temperature sensor in the
pump is faulty.
8.3.11 Code 97 (Missing external setpoint)
Product behaviour
The product uses the default setpoint.
Cause
MIXIT is not receiving an
external temperature setpoint.
8.3.12 Code 125 (Outdoor temp. sensor fault)
Product behaviour
Local setpoint is used.
Cause
MIXIT is configured with an
outdoor sensor, but it is not
receiving a signal from either
an analog input or from
fieldbus.
Remedy
If the fault persists, replace
the control box.
Remedy
1. Check that the sensor cable is
connected to the pump and
sensor.
2. Replace the sensor.
Remedy
1. Check the terminal
connections.
2. Check the output signal of
the sensor cable. Replace the
sensor if it is faulty.
3. For fieldbus connection,
contact the system integrator.
Remedy
1. Check the terminal
connections.
2. Check the output signal of
the sensor cable.
3. Check the output signal from
