REF. 14: GUARANTEE
CONFIRMATION OF GUARANTEE AND AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS
The equipment supplied is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of delivery,
against faulty material used in construction and faulty workmanship. Normal wear and tear
and mishandling are excluded.
The guarantee covers the use of 1st grade materials in the manufacturing process and the
proper mechanical functioning of the equipment, in single shift operation, provided the
operating instructions are complied with.
The guarantee shall, with reference to our general conditions of sale be limited to the
replacement of faulty parts, free of charge, ex-factory or branch. All guarantee claims are
subject to approval by Industroclean (Pty) Ltd.
We would like to confirm, that the availability of spares and replacement parts is ensured.
Replacement parts are obtainable in the Republic of South Africa from Industroclean (Pty)
Ltd, at Honeydew or any of the Industroclean Branch for a period of at least five years from
date of commissioning.
The guarantee is not transferrable from the original purchaser.
In order to avoid unwarranted claims, the main points for which we do not accept
responsibility are listed below:
• Damaged caused by lack of preventative maintenance.
• Damaged caused by lack of scheduled, pre-scribed equipment maintenance.
• Damage caused by modifying the settings on the equipment.
• Damage due to mishandling or abuse.
• Damage caused by using non-standard parts or parts not approved by Industroclean.
• Damage as a result of incorrect operating procedures.
• Damage as a result of non-adherence to service and maintenance stipulations.
• Damage caused by use of dirty water or low water pressure.
