FAULT
Machine fails to start-up
or stops in mid operation

CAUSE
Electrical supply interrupted
Blown fuse
Circuit breaker tripped
"Sleep function" was activated
after 1 minute of by-passing.
Phase connection loose
Motor overload activated
Defective electric motor
HP nozzle clogged
HP nozzle worn
Air in system
Suction or delivery valves worn or
malfunctioning
Un-loader valve seat worn
Worn piston seals
Water filter clogged
Insufficient water supply to the
machine
Incorrect HP nozzle
Combi nozzle closed or faulty
(Low pressure Venturi injectors
only)
Injector blocked by chemical
residue
Non-return valve stuck
Container silted up or empty
Oil seal worn
Piston seals worn
RECTIFICATION
Electrician to check power
supply
Check & replace fuses inside
the switch box
Check & reset
Return master control switch
to "Off" position and re-start
the unit.
Test phases individually & re-
establish current flow
Check voltage & phases
individually
Rewind or replace
Unscrew & clean HP nozzle
Replace HP nozzle
Bleed system
Remove & clean valve,
replace if necessary
Check & replace if necessary
Check & replace if necessary
Clean water filter element
Check flow rate & pressure of
water mains supply, & rectify,
if necessary
Check and rectify
Open Combi nozzle, turn
counter clockwise
Repair if necessary
Remove & clean injector
Strip non-return valve of
chemical supply hose, clean
out and re-assemble
Clean or re-fill container, as
the case may be
Check & replace
Replace seals if necessary
