REF. 12: REPLACEMENT PART PROCUREMENT
Only first grade materials and components are used in the construction of WAP industrial cleaning
equipment.Only original Industroclean approved parts should be used when component
replacement becomes necessary. The availablity of the full range of parts and accessories is
guaranteed for a period of at leats 5 years from date of purchase.
Ref. 12.1 Replacement Parts Procurement Procedure
• Identify the required part or accessory by means of the illustrated parts list.
• Record the part number and description, as well as the quantity required.
• Locate your nearest Industroclean Branch by means of the attached Network listing or on the
website www.industroclean.co.za
• e-mail a detailed list of the parts required, their description and respective quantity to
spares@industroclean.co.za
• In addition to the spare part details, kindly advise the machine model, year of manufacture and
serial number as well.
Please provide:
Contact name, telephone number and e-mail address.
Sometimes the individual component might only be available as part of a complete assembly.
Should it prove difficult to identify the part and its correct reference number, we suggest to
photocopy/scan the relevant page of the illustrated parts manual, indicate the location and
together with a short description, email it to your nearest Industroclean branch at
spares@industroclean.co.za
