Error Description Potential cause and remedy
«ERR 5» Abnormal The measuring signals are inaccurate
result and no result can therefore be displayed.
Read through the checklist for taking a
reliable measurement and then repeat
the measurement.*
«HI» Pulse or cuff The pressure in the cuff is too high (over
pressure too 299 mmHg) OR the pulse is too high
high (over 200 beats per minute). Relax for 5
minutes and repeat the measurement.*
«LO» Pulse too low The pulse is too low (less than 40 beats
per minute). Repeat the measurement.*
* Please immediately consult your doctor, if this or any other problem
occurs repeatedly.

