Assembly
Installing the Impellers
Use the illustrations and instructions to install the
impellers onto the impeller shaft.
6 Insert the key into the key slot.
7 Apply grease to the shaft, then press the
impeller onto the shaft.
8 Press the impeller toward the center of the
shaft to install the lock ring, then press the
impeller back into its original position to
secure the lock ring.
9 Install the retaining ring onto the shaft.
Note: An optional retaining ring installation
tool (62918) is available from Waterous.
10 Install the wear rings onto the impellers.
