The 3-band equaliser allows clients to adjust the bass, mid and treble frequencies with their hearing instruments independently in their automatic program, streaming programs and manual programs.

    Ratings Ratings is a tool in the Remote Plus app, where clients send an in-the-moment impression of their listening experience whether positive or negative. Ratings your clients have submitted can be viewed in Unitron TrueFit or myInsights. If a patient sends 3 negative ratings, a notification email will be sent to the provider. This function can be turned off through the myInsights website.
