I cannot hear myself when I sing in a choir. This happened suddenly with my previous phonak hearing aids but I still can't hear myself with these new ones.

You may not hear yourself when singing in a choir with Sonova Phonak Audeo Sphere hearing aids because the hearing aids may not be properly inserted, the ActiveVent™ receiver could be in the wrong position (e.g., closed), or the speaker may be blocked by wax or debris. Rebooting the hearing aid, checking the speaker opening, or replacing the wax filter may help. If the problem continues, contact your hearing care professional.

I am a singer. I suddenly could not hear my own voice in a group of singers. Upgraded to these hearing aids but no difference. What can I do to stop hearing all the sounds around me ( even after adjusting for side noise, it always comes back). New settings seem don't seem to remain on these hearing aids.
