1. Definitions:"Java Program" refers to (a) Oracle Java SE Embedded, a Java™ software product in binary code form owned by
Oracle Americas, Inc. ("Oracle") (including, but not limited to, libraries, source files, header files, and data files), (b) Program
Documentation, and (c) any Java Program updates acquired through technical support.
"Program Documentation" refers to the Java Program user manual and Java Program installation manuals, and any terms
contained in the Java Program's "README" file. Program Documentation may be delivered with the Java Programs, which may
be accessed online at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/indexes/documentation/index.html.
2. License. You have a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, limited license to use the Java Programs complete and unmodified and
only as embedded in and for the purpose of using the Bosch Product you licensed or acquired.
