Measurement using the basestation

The following chapters describe how to perform the measurement with the basestation.
1. Check if the Vivatmo pro handheld is switched on and the bluetooth symbol on the handheld fi nished blinking.
The handheld connected icon on the display is closed then.
2. Select MEASURE for an unassigned measurement.
OR
Select MANAGE to select a patient for assignment.
Attaching the mouthpiece
The Vivatmo pro disposable mouthpiece cleans and stabilizes the breath sample from contaminants to guarantee reliable test
results. Use the disposable mouthpiece directly after opening the pouch.
New measurement
Release handheld from basestation
and firmly attach a new mouthpiece.
1. Ensure that your handheld is switched on.
2. On the Home screen, select the MEASURE button.
On the basestation, the NEW MEASUREMENT screen opens.
On the handheld display, the Disposable mouthpiece icon fl ickers.
3. Open the pouch and attach the disposable mouthpiece fi rmly in a way
that it fi ts securely on the device.
On the handheld display, the Disposable mouthpiece icon stops blinking.
